Why did the customer contact us?

The customer came to us looking for an advanced security system, including a 2GIG Edge Panel, door and window sensors, an encrypted tilt sensor, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, and a 4-button keyfob remote. He also wanted an Eufy Outdoor Camera S340, a 2K doorbell, a hardware camera 360 Pro, an indoor camera, a Eufy door lock, and a Kwikset lock for enhanced security.

Solutions provided:

We successfully installed all the ordered security systems. Although there was a small issue with the garage door and the window sensor placement, our tech team quickly addressed the problem by repositioning the sensor. After testing, everything was working fine again, and no additional equipment was needed. The customer confirmed that the service was completed to his satisfaction and was happy with the results.
