We successfully installed all the requested systems and equipment. We also did a signal check and confirmed that everything was working properly. Later there was an issue with the app and Alarm.com. Our tech team quickly responded, resolved the issue, and took the time to properly explain how to use the app to the customer. Once everything was set up, the system was fully functional.
