Why did the customer contact us?

The customer requested a security system that will offer both safety and convenience for her home. Her order included a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, motion detector, door and window sensors, and a 2GIG Edge Panel for centralized system management. To enhance surveillance, she also requested a Eufy outdoor camera and a 2K doorbell for complete monitoring of her property.

Solutions provided:

We installed all the requested equipment, carefully tested the signals, and made sure everything was working perfectly. All necessary documents were signed, and the system met all the required standards. After installation, there was an issue with the camera setup after changing her Wi-Fi box, which required the camera to be reconnected. Our technical support team quickly resolved the problem and correctly synced the camera. Then we informed her of the additional charges, which she agreed to pay. The system is now fully functional.
