Why did the customer contact us?

The order also included a 4-button key fob remote for convenient access and a round weatherproof box for outdoor equipment protection.

Solutions provided:

We installed all the requested equipment, thoroughly tested the system, and confirmed a total of 18 devices were fully operational. All signals were checked, the system met the required security standards, and all the documentation was signed. The customer clearly understood everything. There was a concern about an alarm issue; we checked the system and found no trouble condition. As an extra measure, we performed additional system checks and assured that we would follow up to make sure everything continued to run smoothly.
