Additionally, they asked for door and window sensors for entry point security.

Solutions provided:

We successfully installed all the requested security systems, a fully operational control panel, carbon monoxide detectors, and smoke detectors. We strategically placed Eufy outdoor cameras and door and window sensors at key entry points, ensuring everything works perfectly to meet the customer’s needs. Later customers contacted us to inform us about an issue with their door lock. While we offered to fix it by sending a team and informing them about the additional service charges, they chose to address it later. Overall, the customer is happy with the completed setup and service provided.
