The customer ordered some of our robust security systems, including several door and window sensors, two Eufy Outdoor Cameras S340, and a wired 2K doorbell. He also ordered two additional outdoor cameras, solar panels, a Verizon-compatible 2GIG Edge Panel, two 4-button keyfob remotes, and a smoke detector for added safety.

Solutions provided:

Our team successfully installed all the equipment and systems. We confirmed that everything was functioning properly. Later on, there were some issues with the camera recording, motion sensor, and other system components. We promptly reached out to our customers and addressed these issues. We fixed the problems, and everything was working perfectly.
