Why did the customer contact us?

The customer requested an advanced 2GIG Edge Panel as the control hub for their home security system. To monitor the property remotely, they wanted a Eufy Outdoor Camera and a 2K Doorbell. Additionally, they required a Motion Detector and Door & Window Sensors to enhance protection against theft.

Solutions provided:

We installed the 2GIG Edge Panel, the Eufy Outdoor Camera, and the 2K Doorbell to provide seamless surveillance and control. Motion Detectors and Door & Window Sensors were set up strategically to monitor suspicious activity. We tested the system thoroughly, confirming all devices were functioning perfectly, and ensured all signals were strong. We detected no issues and conducted additional system tests for added assurance. We informed the customer that we'd follow up to ensure everything runs smoothly.
