Why did the customer contact us?

The customer reached out to us to order some of our advanced security systems for enhanced protection of her property. Her order consisted of a few of our door and window sensors, a Verizon-compatible 2GIG Edge Panel, and a carbon monoxide detector. For surveillance around the property, she ordered a 2K wired doorbell, an Eufy Outdoor Camera S340, an ASG Indoor Camera, and an Eufy extension cord for enhanced functionality.

Our tech team efficiently completed the installation process. We carefully setup all the equipment and necessary wires. Then we checked all the signals and components to make sure they worked properly. After the installation, there was no issue with any of the systems, and the customer continued to have a fully functioning security system.
