Why did the customer contact us?

Kathleen Gallagher requested a comprehensive security system to protect her home. She wanted 24 window sensors installed to secure all entry points, along with 6 door sensors for the front, back, side, and garage doors. For added safety, she included 2 glass break sensors and 1 smoke detector, as well as 1 carbon monoxide detector.

She also added 4 key fobs for easy system control, 1 panel camera for monitoring, and 1 smart lock for secure access. Additionally, she integrated a broadband connection for reliable system communication and GPS tracking via her iPhone for remote monitoring.

All the requested equipment was successfully installed, and we thoroughly checked the signals to confirm everything was working properly. We addressed the customer’s concerns about their camera not charging and scheduled a service appointment to resolve the issue.
