Why did the customer contact us?

The customer requested a security system that includes the following components: six intrusion sensors for their doors and windows, a smoke detector system, an S40 Spotlight Camera, a 2K Doorbell Camera, and a hardwired camera. To manage all these systems, they also requested a 2GIG Edge Panel control panel to easily operate their security setup. After installation, we verified that all components were working properly to make sure everything was functioning as expected.
